RIBEYE STEAK

PRIME ribeye grilled to perfection. Served with rice and beans.

ASADO DE ZAPATA

PRIME arrachera steak, chicken breast, and prawns in garlic butter sauce. Served with rice and beans.

ARRACHERA ASADA

PRIME skirt steak grilled with Zapata’s seasoning. Served with rice and beans. 32

VAQUERO STEAK

 PRIME cowboy steak topped with sautéed mushrooms and chimichurri.

WAGYU RIBEYE STEAK

Charbroiled Wagyu ribeye with grilled cactus and chimichurri sauce.

Marinated chicken sautéed with bell peppers and onions. Also available with skirt or ribeye steak.

CARNE EN SU JUGO

Skirt steak stew with beans, tomatillo sauce, and spices. Not served with rice.

CHILE RELLENO

Roasted poblano pepper stuffed with cheese, topped with mild tomato sauce

BORREGO AL HORNO

 Slow-braised lamb shank in rich house sauce.

AGUACHILES

Shrimp marinated in spicy lime and chili mix with cucumber and onion.

CAMARON COCKTAIL

Chilled shrimp in tangy tomato lime broth with tomato, onions, cilantro, cucumber, and avocado.

Also available Campechana (shrimp, oysters, and octopus).

MOJARRA FRITA

Fried tilapia finished with buttery garlic sauce. Served with rice and beans.

PULPO ASADO

Whole octopus marinated and grilled, served over a hot molcajete stone.
